Imperial Hotel in Dumfries & Galloway

The only good part of our stay was the most welcoming staff in bar and at breakfast, really nice as for the room REALLY IN NEED OF NEW DECOR ,not normally where we go but were stuck and took this obviously no return untill rooms are revampt !!! Anyway many thanks to Heather xx

Room a bit whiffy, bed was really comfortable as it was brand new, it is an old building and could benefit so much with an upgrade, breakfast was lovely.

Lovely owners, staff very friendly. Clean and tidy rooms but quite dated. Absolutely freezing cold in the rooms. Beds comfy and warm duvet/blankets (so needed). Breakfast was nice and cooked fresh.

Stopped in to The Imperial Hotel for a drink and needing wi fi. Due to Covid 19 we had to drink outside but the bar manager kindly moved a table nearer to the building to give us the best wi fi. He was very helpful and friendly to us, complete strangers. We were made very welcome.
