Kfc in Dumfries & Galloway

Sadly no eat in option and the discount voucher couldn't be accepted on the till. I have had several issues with my order in the past visits with missing items. Food quality has been good though.

Ordered through the drive through and ate in car park. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and no issues with the order. Only slight negative was that all of the bins in the car park were overflowing.

A little slow. They forgot one of the meals and the sauces paid for. Walked to the window to say items were missing, made me rejoin the driving queue so that the rest of the food was cooling. Even though it was there mistake.

Will never be back to KFC Dumfries again as long as Chris is Store Manager, He is unbelievably dishonest, a lier and rude. We have had a problem with our meals on 3 occasions now with Chris taking each complaint and saying that the meal with be replaced, giving codes for replacement on each occasion. First 2 times Chris said the codes were wrong and the last time saying it's already been used absolute joke, we have proof of this being false. The rest of the team at KFC Dumfries are friendly and professional EXEMPT from CHRIS!!! FALSE MANAGER!!!

Kfc at Dumfries is an excellent branch, the staff are always helpful and friendly, the food is always as you would expect from a KFC gorgeous and piping hot, you can eat inside, outside, takeaway or the drive thru.

Absolutely a joke, having never driven thru a takeaway, was unsure of what to do. No details and a q of 25 mins, to be told u av to around again n speak into a grill. Why is the sit in closed?

Absolutely disgusting. Do not go. Rude staff, incompetent. Sat for nearly 15 mins in queue for drive thru. Unable to go in to eat so had to use drive thru. Order machine not working correctly and didnt get our order. Pulled up to first window to be told we couldn't order there and was told by a very rude young lad that we had to go back and queue again.Furious was an understatement. Dumfries KFC you should be ashamed of yourselves. Fail.

Having succumbed to what some people call a guilty pleasure for the first time in at least 12 months, we joined the relatively short drive-through queue of 5 cars (any more that that and we would have not stopped) and emerged with our bag of hot , well cooked food within 5 to 10 mins start to finish. We say well cooked, as on occasions, in the past, so over 12 months ago, the chicken from KFC has been what could be described as a bit watery which just just takes the edge off your expectations of how KFC chicken should be. But all good on this visit.

Unclean inside and out, staff rude and food dripping in grease, will deff not be stopping off here again. Staff standing about inside and bins overflowing they saw me taking photos and were out a couple of mins later emptying them!!
