Lando's Restaurant in Dumfries & Galloway

Visiting relatives inStranraer, I contacted Lando,s to book a table via the messaging service as they were closed. I was messaged back within the hr to confirm booking. We had a great meal with very good service by 3 front of house staff. All meals were hot and cooked to perfection so kitchen staff were also on the ball. I would recommend Lando,s to anyone looking for a clean , well presented restraurant, concensious staff, great food and service. I dont usually write reviews but feel the staff and Lando,s as a whole have earned and deserve this one. I shall call in again next time I visit. I honestly couldnt fault it.

Best sticky toffee I've ever had! This place has a great, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Food is super good and staff are always friendly.

Really lovely meal, staff extremely friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend for a meal out and will certainly be returning.

Fabulous 😀 Needed food before getting on the boat at Cairnryan and knew there were loads of places in Stranraer. Walked along checking places and knew this would be good, and safe. Lovely decor and tables spaced out. Staff were busy as they explained there were only two on the floor but we didn’t notice as they were polite and attentive. My hubby and son got the beef burger and were really pleased. I don’t eat meat, and I eat fish very rarely but I chose the battered haddock and it was delicious, with chips and a lovely bit of salad with honey mustard dressing. It is a mainly Italian restaurant so plenty to chose from. I have starred this place as we will definitely be back😊

First time I have had fish and chips in an Italian restaurant. But it was excellent!!

First time there tonight wed 10th November wow had the haggis cakes they were amazing followed by the pollo penne pasta both delicious we will certainly be back

First time visit great atmosphere lovely staff very friendly. It's hard to find a very good Italian restaurant that has good quality food great choices and good prices, this place has it all . We will definitely be back there and would happily recommend it to everyone..happy night out.

What a great find food was delicious!! massive portions , friendly staff , I would gladly drive the 2 hour journey to visit again my partner and I couldn't finish the meal and not too pricey will definitely be back thankyou so much guys
