Mcdonald's Restaurant in Dumfries & Galloway

Got our order wrong, very disappointing. The photo is my order, I asked for a big tasty with crispy onions. The onions were raw and the burger really dry, a real effort to eat.

child got a hair in his burger thursday 31st march 2022. not an apology what so ever. half an hour later someone came over with the 99p and another burger which was basically cold and child wasnt hungry by then. avoid this place!

Staff were polite meal was look warm as it has been last few times we have been there

Everything we ordered was like warm, no salt offered, 5 out of 10.

Would have been four stars, but it makes my day better after five hour round trip for therapy 😍

OMG thus us the best Maccy Ds I have ever been to the staff were soooo friendly and didn't make you feel like an inconvenience. Something was missing from my order, so I had to return, even this was not an inconvenience and as when I went back Brooke noticed me and asked if all was OK, explained and without hesitation apologised got the item without any judgement.A massive thank you

Hardly ever get the correct order! Whatever you do get is usually cold.Milkshake & ice cream machines are rarely working.You risk loosing an axle driving in and out the carpark, the hole and uneven surface never seems to get fixedWorst McDonalds in Scotland.Shame it's the only one for miles around

Was with my daughter. We ordered using the machine and table service. Staff greeted us when we entered and asked if we needed help. The food was super,we both enjoyed our meal. Staff were all very pleasant.

I'm a former regular customer here at this establishment - and I tended to get a basic meal which consists of a burger w/ chips companied by a large coke. Now there was a period when my burger and chips were acceptable - they were prepared in an orderly fashion and under an appropriate amount of time but previously.. the standards have fallen significantly. I open up the bag to see half of the chips literally at the bottom of the bag, some even wet.. I opened up my burger and I just saw a bunch of stuff piled on top of each other... not even layered properly - it's literally almost like it was thrown on and boxed up. Now I understand working in a fast food establishment can be somewhat stressful and continuous orders can be overwhelming but.. it's your bloody job.. put some sort of effort into making the meal. This hasn't been the first time either this has occurred - this has been a consecutive problem for some time now.. I would not recommend buying from this place.

Food standards aren't what try used to be, the burgers are very small, some staff are not very polite, not the cooks but the staff waiting on tables, get your order wrong alot and to be honest I've been ill a few times after eating a burger, was sick for /2 days the last time. Owner is very nice though, maybe he just needs to check what's going on. I love McDonald's but something has changed.
