Rooms need an update staff very good and so was the food

Had a beautiful mother's day meal, been recently renovated, be better when toilets are done too

A lovely hotel really nice decor, staff are spot on. Covid measures are in place and used at all times. Food is really really good.

Very recently refurbished and so very clean and tidy. Needs some pictures on the walls etc. Otherwise the lunch was fantastic and at a very reasonable price. Worth a visit.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Restaurant and reception area newly decorated. Excellent food and pleasant staff.

Nice place to have a good meal in Annan. They are pet friendly which is great and the staff are very welcoming, especially Amber who was so accommodating and made sure we were all okay. There is a vegan option available and I'm sure they'd be happy to modify other food options on the menu. We had a lovely time and would happily return again.

Good value overnight stop. Beautifully redecorated modern dining and reception with new furniture. £6.95 for cooked breakfast, cereal, tea or coffee and juice. Nice large comfortable bedroom, for me a friend and my dogs. £60 for triple room, towels and tea and coffee included in room. Helpful new owner, and staff. Halls and landings need refurbishment.

We walked in off the street for dinner. So glad we did. Food was very good, but what made it special was Faith. She was very sweet and couldn’t do enough for us. Every restaurant needs a ‘Faith’.

Walked in off the street this evening to have a meal. The lady was so lovely and accomodating as they were only cooking for hotel residents but let us eat as there was no where else open. The food was beautiful and excellent value for money. The restaurant is decorated beautifully. Thank you so much for the lovely food and for being lovely, lovely people.
