Attended funeral meal here at lunch time. Food was good - soup and hot / cold buffet with a wonderful lemon tasting cake. Free car parking.

Outstanding service for a small family funeral. The soup was absolutely delicious!

The family had a finger buffet for 14 people, great selection of choice and plenty of food, could get a box to take any food left if wished plenty tea and coffee. Excellent service, staff couldn't do enough for us. Very reasonable price, Excellent value, highly recommend.Thank you from the family.

Lovely funeral tea quietly and efficiently delivered. Beer not bad either!

This afternoon we had a funeral tea at the Caledonian and the staff made a very difficult day go a bit more easily. The funeral tea was excellent, lovely selection for the buffet and fabulous cakes!! Thanks again for everything, a great service, great food and thoroughly recommended!!

Easy parking in front of hotel, good price, very comfortable bed, clean tidy room with en suite bathroom, iron, kettle, TV and free WI FI. Great breakfast included in price, good staff. Thanks .

Very nice rooms bed is a little uncomfortable but other than that can not complain. Even did me vegetarian sausage when asked for them Where's some places been don't have them

Used the Caledonian for a funeral tea/wake. Very welcoming and professional, clean and tidy, ample sized function rooms and a well stocked bar. Food was lovely and price was more than acceptable. Would recommend

Nice hotel with parking and all amenities. I stayed in single room with ensuite. Comfy bed. In between family rooms so did get woken by crying kids. Shower missing half of door but for money this was fine. Tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Staff work hard here, doubling up.
