Costa in Scottish Borders

Unclean, floors, bathrooms, tables, window & clothing. Plus a staff’s members friend was busying around behind the counter, messing around. Come on costa!

Friendly staff, great service but could do to be a bit cleaner

Absolutely awful experience in Costa Coffee in Hawick, 2 Hot Chocolates, more like luke warm Hot Chocolates, Latte was tasteless and also just warm. The seating areas Absolutely filthy and it wasn't just from that days trade, walls, floors and seating dirty. £12.50 for that experience, I don't think so!! Never mind Costa Coffee, Costa Fortune with no standards!!!

Always enjoy a Costa coffee.Got offered a regular Winter blend to try,free of charge,liked it,will be having that on my next visit.

Doesn't have a big range of reusable coffee cups for sale but the staff are lovely and friendly and the coffee is always hot.

Sat in with a lovely after eight mint hot chocolate with my wife and daughter. Place clean and very cosy and friendly attentive staff

2 Free hot drinks & 1Free cake!!! Paid £2 in total. Lovely & clean coffee shop with polite friendly staff. Really good skinny Latte & BakeweIl tart. Sister had her favourite hot chocolate with soya milk, along with a Special Halloween gingerbread muffin which was nice & moist but I prefer the lemon muffin!

Fantastic staff and lovely clean place to eat but no selection for gluten free apart from some prepacked cherry bakewells and rice crackers. Really needs to be a gluten free bread option.

Lovely staff,some not always on top of their shift or applying full H&S procedures.A bit of a variety in a tired and complacent High street with full potential.Sometimes groups of young people spoiling the experience by not respecting social distancing rules with pretend sneezing/coughing in proximity of the others.Worrying and off putting,sending an unhea5image to the visitors.
