Cross Keys Inn in Scottish Borders

The room was clean albeit a little old fashioned which made the room for me a bit depressing but wouldn't stop me returning. Couldn't open the windows. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was superb with a great choice. Staff are so helpful and courteous, would definitely recommend.

Great rooms 1st breakfast wasnt the best soft fried egg over done but second day breakfast was rather nice beds r comfotable warm rooms without even heating on ,, bathtub was a Bonus fir me

The room was clean and comfortable, the evening meal especially the steak , was perfect and we had a lovely hot breakfast to start the journey home. The staff in the hotel were cheerful and helpful and especially the Restaurant staff on the Saturday night. Thank you All.

Stunning. Very relaxing. Had a nice coffee with family. Nice seating area. Sat by the window with a lovely view of the passers by. Kelso is a lovely town.

Hogmanay in Kelso, accommodation is clean and comfortable, the food at breakfast and the evening g meal was excellent. The service was amazing, friendly attentive and when my wife didn't like what she ordered they without any fuss changed the order. Will be back before new years 2022....

Love this place, we often go for Lunch the staff are so welcoming. This time enjoyed an evening meal. Dinner was delightful and the sweets were delicious !

Staff very friendly.5🌟Lobby welcoming.5🌟Room was nice.Dusty on back of sink and toilet,and wardrobe.Very welcoming and served purpose.Remote was absolutely nasty,if anything carried a virus it was the remote control.

Had an enjoyable comfortable stay ..we were able to check in early and staff where lovely ... breakfast was amazing and will definitely rebook for future stays in kelso ... thank-you..

This is a five-star review for their restaurant “Saddlers” where we had an exceptionally good lunch.Menu with plenty of choice, food to a very very high standard and prices good. Service and staff were friendly and pleasant. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Don’t hesitate to try the amazing Cob Salad, best salad I have ever eaten.

Tired place. Needs refurbished. Good quality hot breakfast. Staff knowledgeable about drinks and food and genuinely friendly.Shower dribbled and temp fluctuated. Notice in toilet stating to expect this! No prior warning from desk. Room 302. Not nice view. Wouldn't recommend that room. Very small passing room between bottom of bed and wall.
