Domino's Pizza in Scottish Borders

Really good pizzas that are ready on time. We travel from Kelso and highly recommend taking a "hot bag" along to make sure the food is still warm by the time you get home, though it still might need reheated if you like it hot. Great selection of toppings. The app is easy to use. Parking is a bit difficult on the street but Tesco is a short walk away and parking is usually really good.

Service by Amit is the reason I won't be going back to Domino's Galashiels. He was unfriendly and unhelpful, the pizzas we ordered were probably the worst Domino's we have ever had. Over charging us and when my son asked to not have BBQ sauce but tomato sauce instead he didn't get any sauce at all on his pizza. Basic stuff but it's like the guy hates customer's

Good but inconsistent, and they don't quite know what extra cheese is, when you pay for an option, you expect it.

Good prices, vegetable volcano pizza was great. Highly recommended from me if u like a wee kick

Been waiting for 3 hours now for pizza, excuse was that they were understaffed. Have tried calling twice after waiting an hour again and didn't even get an answer. Why run a pizza place if you have barely any staff and you know you're going to be busy? Very ridiculous. 👎 Don't bother wasting your time and money...

Absolutely rubbish, delivery was 1.5 hrs late, and cold when arrived. Sent driver away with them.Advice, don’t get a delivery from this company.

Absolutely terrible, cold pizza hour and a half late, called was told fresh one on route in twenty minutes.... Delivery driver arrived outside then drove off. Phoned again after eleven attempts... Told I want a refund then driver turns up forty minutes after said call with a new order..... Already ordered from elsewhere which arrived in ten minutes.... Needless to say, they won't be getting my custom again

I've ordered from here twice. The first time was terrible and I thought well maybe they will have changed...but unfortunately no. I'm a student and treat myself to a takeaway once a week or so, not having a lot of money. Anyway, I ordered a medium pizza and the vegan side. It all came to about £27 and I thought that's a bit expensive, but I was hungry so I went for it. I waited so long for delivery that the app said my pizza had arrived when it hadn't....an hour later. So I rang them to see if they had the wrong address or something but they said it was on the way. Bearing in mind I live one mile away from them. Another 15 minutes later or so, I got a call from the driver saying he was outside. He wasn't outside my building and couldn't find my building. I had to walk out in heavy rain in socks to find where he was. I wouldn't mind but I gave them my address and postcode so I thought they might check to see where it is. By the time I got my pizza, it was cold and really disguising. I normally keep pizza until the next day if I can't finish it and it was so bad I had to throw it out. I really hate wasting food. So all in all it was a very bad experience and I have learned my lesson. Very expensive, very bad service and cold pizza.

Just walked up grey mayres tail so was hungry. Ordered on the way back using web and provided an estimate of the time i would reach Galashiels. Timed just perfect. 1 minute wait on arrival. So hot pizza 🍕 was perfect after a day walking.

An ABSOLUTE DISGRACE !!Paid for two large pizzas ... Repeatedly phoned them as delivery never arrived. They kept promising they would 'soon". Then NOTHING. Obviously they went home and I am £40 out of pocket and hungry kids ... Now I will have to travel there to complain. Never again after being ripped off by one of their drivers previously.
