Good wheel chair access. Only takes card payment. Staff very helpful friendly . Offered payment on there card for correct money., Good views walks.

Nice and warm with comfy sofas for a sit down after riding. Food was hot and tasty. I'll be back for coffee and cake but will probably stick to having a sandwich on the trails for a cheap and cheerful lunch.

Been going to the cafe since 2016 when I started going to Glentress, always like a social coffee and cake after a ride. Plenty places to leave the bike in full view, lots of seats, and decent enough menu. Had the hotdog and chips (big eat) cake and coffee on 5/2/22 and really enjoyed it. Bit of a faff just now due to covid but hopefully things can get back to normal soon.

Fab place for a put stop and a little something for all dietary preferences.

Visited the Cafe yesterday, wow, Forrestry Commision really need to look at their operator. Filthy dirty, no atmosphere, unorganised, poor food and drink quality. Take away cups not compostable which they should be in a place like this! The Cafe really needs some help. The staff are unmotivated and lazy. No customer service. The cafe needs a good clean. Staff standing doing nothing blasting loud music from the kitchen. Very unpleasant. Wasn’t anybody in the Cafe whilst I was here. Won’t be back.

Lovely setting, nice staff, good food, good portions. Not bothered about us muddy lot sitting down, most welcome after a morning on the trails

·

Very friendly staff, great food. A thoroughly modern facility plus a Alpine Bikes next door.

Disappointing experience, menu was unappealing, only healthy option was soup and very limited gluten free options. The best on the menu was restricted to breakfast before 1130, we arrived after 1400 (why is this always the case). When our food came it was burnt and was clearly just reheated. The burger and hot dog buns were dry and had a stale texture. The kids didn’t even eat many chips. Staff were pleasant and hard working, menu and cooking needs a lot more thought. Arguably the best mtb location in the UK, with a very poor cafe. Next time we’ll head into Peebles

Nice spacious cafe… food ok… pricey coffee. Rather strict on the covid restrictions despite them being lifted - we had to queue outside for half an hour (understand they were short staffed) but there was ample room indoors and hardly any seats taken, would have been nice if the pensioners in our group could have been able to sit down at a table while they waited for the rest of us to order.Full of mountain bikers as you’d expect!

With the current social distance mandates etc... they have a good system setup, food is still fast (and great tasting as always) plus behind the masks, you can see the staff are as happy and welcoming as always
