Not to be confused with Edinburgh woollen Mill across the car park if you want nice snack/lunch, very friendly staff too and in a beautiful wee town

Nice place for gifts and clothing. A good little stop off point with a restaurant and toilet facilities. Friendly staff.

Great place for a rest stop when heading south if you don’t like the A1. Stopped here yesterday for breakfast and was really impressed. Looked and tasted great. Not too expensive either.Shop sells everything from ladies, gents and childrens clothes to shortie, souvenirs, whisky and more… Would recommend.

Stopped off for a breakfast en route home, lovely staff and although the heating was on it was baltic... Very reasonably priced breakfasts... The Mill shop seemed OK too, but just too cold to want to hang around... It was a bitter snowy morning.

The food was delicious and I bought some lovely gifts for people who I'm sure will enjoy them for Christmas. It's well worth a visit if you want a bite to eat and to do a little bit of shopping.

Visited today (5 Nov). Enjoyed lovely cream scone and choc biscuit with coffee in the restaurant. Friendly staff and all covid regulations in place. Had a look round the well stocked shop which also had sale rails. Shop stocks ladies and gents clothing, footwear, cards, biscuits, sweets, alcohol, and seasonal goods. Friendly, helpful staff.

One of those outlets which has everything. Clothes, gifts and usual tourist ornaments. Food, drink and confections. Lovely café for cake & coffee. Didn't have time to sample a cooked meal.

This was a coach stopover point on a recent holiday. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially in the food area. There were several Gluten Free options! The rest of the site is useful for shopping if you are looking for clothes or perhaps some touristy souvenirs. Do check the prices and quality carefully though, as a lot of stock was synthetic and made in China, not exactly what you might expect at a "Woollen Mill." There is a good selection of books, especially young children's books with a Scottish theme.
