McDonald's in Scottish Borders

Definitely not fast food! 25 mins to receive our meal. Busy and noisy.

I ordered two big mac tasty, one a meal. Also a. mc spicy, got (no drink, no fries only one grand big mac and one spicy) Get a grip McDonald's

Don't visit here very often but when I do there is usually a missing item from my order.I always check the bags before I leave the Car Park.Staff are usually friendly and helpful when you tell them.

The queue for the drive through consisted of approximately 5 cars. It took over 20 minutes to get my order. Most of the staff were joking around not working. Customers were not impressed as well as the garbage everywhere.

The Galashiels McDonald's has great hot chocolate and donuts. The staff are friendly and the drive through, although it's always busy, is relatively easy to navigate in a small car. It might be more difficult for larger vehicles to navigate the narrow road layout and parking spaces. I wish they had a wider selection of vegetarian and vegan options. I miss being able to have the McChicken Sandwich.

Clean and tidy, food quickly delivered and hot so no complaints for the Gala branch this is prob one of the best McDonalds

It’s a McDonalds and food is the same at them all I find. Tables were wiped down but the waste stations and floors were dirty. The charging points for phones that are on the tables were not working (I tried three different tables). Staff seemed to be on the ball with orders and most were wearing masks. Outside there was quite a bit of rubbish and dirty benches/tables; don’t think the staff were monitoring these. Hand gel at the entrance point was empty and there was no hand gel near the self-service machines that I noticed.

Honestly hopeless staff. Ordered a double big mac and got a normal big mac! Ordered 20 nuggets and only got 18! Does the Mcflurry machine get cleaned 24/7 because you seem to never be able to order a mcflurry??

Terrible, slow service. My daughter did an order on the app, the queue for the drive through was very short so we joined it, thinking it would be quick. Several cars In front of us had to wait a good few minutes at the collection window, without being asked to park in a waiting bay. We also had a lengthy wait at the collection window. There were items missing from our order, resulting in an even longer wait. I have no intention of ever using this McDonald's again.

This McDonald's has to be the best in the world. The staff are actually phenomenal. The guy with no name badge but with huge ears was a good laugh his mum must have raised him well, his name is Clyde or Lloyd or something along the lines of that.The manager with the massive mountain goat beard and glasses is class.June provided top notch patter and top notch food.
