Went for lunch - very nice soup and arancini and huge portion of Mac and Cheese for the young one. Pizzas looked good on other tables. Clean, professional.

Out with a party of 6 for dinner last night, waitress was great and despite a slight misunderstanding with the mains she handled it really well, and there were absolutely no problems. Drinks and food were good and was a nice atmosphere overall

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Placed a delivery order for it to arrive 20 mins late and missing a starter and main course, called into restaurant to be told order would be replaced, for delivery driver to turn up 10 mins later with missing items, everything was stone cold, told new order would be with us in 1.5 hours, waited, called restaurant to be told it wouldn't be getting replaced as they decided food would have been hot on arrivaland being accused of eating the food delivered earlier (it wasn't), we ended up having to drive down to restaurant to hand back over the cold food to get a refund, joke of a restaurant, avoid at all costs. Manager is so rude and laughable at his blatant attempts to scam delivery customers until confronted.

Six of us went for lunch today the food was amazing also the staff are so nice great service can't wait to go back would give it 6 stars if I could

Gotta love their one meter long pizza. Lasagne to die for, genuine italian food. Going to have dinner there very often xxx

Myself and a friend went for tea tonight to Paolo's Italian. I had chicken fillets in batter and fries which were actually quite nice. However, on returning home I looked at my bill and was charged 50p for tomato ketchup- unbelievable! My friend had steak pie after eating the pastry she started on the meat and it was tough and hard. Complained to waitress, then to the girl that took money. Said they could do nothing about it as some of it had been eaten - unbelievable! I always thought the Customer was right. This will be my party piece when out over Christmas, never been charged for ketchup in any other restaurant and takes no notice of Customers opinion

Firstly the food: excellent, very tasty, came soon after ordered and presentation was good.However, the service..... Honestly felt like we were a nuisance. The waiter clearly wasn't a happy bunny and everything he did portrayed his attitude. So, whilst the food was good I don't think I will be revisiting anytime soon.

Decided to treat myself to lunch. The food was some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Try the Rosemary Grapefruit mock tail very refreshing. The staff was prompt and professional. Only wish you were in Peebles
