Clean, really well finished, very pleasant rooms, good breakfasts, and excellent location for exploring the east coast. Sarah and Stuart were great hosts - friendly without being intrusive. Would recommend any time.

A friendly host, the accommodation was spotless, nicely situated, and plenty of free parking, the breakfast was excellent, would definitely come back!

Thanks to a wide load truck queue we nipped off the A1 and landed at this beautiful little gem. Food was superb (best ever Sunday roast - hopefully the wife will not read this) - there were a couple of clever tricks that my foodie daughter was taken with; the ambience excellent - nice friendly dogs for the grandson (he was enchanted).We shall go again
