just stayed at the pub the room was first class our bathroom had a shower and bath spotless bed was spot on slept well decorated well would defo go back well worth the money

Very quiet, when we were in, but lovely and clean. Service was via the app, and was delivered quickly, and piping hot. As usual it was lovely. On a downside, the portions are now considerably smaller than they once were, which is a bit disappointing as the price has remained the same. However, that is a minor quibble, the Cross Keys is well worth a visit if you are down in Peebles.

People like the Cross Keys because it is cheap. Service is not great. My beef is they won't allow dogs in the courtyard. Previous owners did allow dogs. It was nice on a summers day to go for a walk and sit outside with a drink and your dog could sit with you. No idea what the issue is with dogs being outside.

Good place for a morning coffee. Very reasonable and free refills. All set out in booths so easy to maintain social distancing.

Excellent. Polite, efficient staff, and good food at great prices. Not as celebrity's as The Caley Picture House in Edinburgh but a welcome stop over. We will be back.

Me and two friends stopped here for 3 nights very pleasant extremely friendly and very clean and could not do enough for us as unfortanly one of us got a call needing our attention else wear they refunded the last night no questions asked can not fault this hotel in ANY way at all would 100% recommend staying here again and we will be returning in summer

Loved it its a Whetherspoons. Great selection of beers, lovely place to sit, inside and outside. Table service via app. Food good as well. Great prices on all beers. Friends were staying as its a hotel also and they were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the room.
