Fantasic! We had a lovely walk round Birgham countryside on Sunday and then popped in to Fishermans Pub for a slap up Roast Lunch. It was wonderful, big thank you to the chef for lovely roasties! Ruth and Jammy are brilliant hosts, very friendly, helpful and attentive. Plently of staff on hand for serving, a bit of live music, and REAL ALE! Highly recommend...very busy so definately worth pre booking a table so your not disappointed. Great to see a village pub buzzing again. Well done Fishermans arms.

Lovely pub. Food very good and a short wait. Menu not lengthy but the food is interesting - not the usual generic options. Will go again.

Went on a Sunday for the Sunday lunch. Staff were lovely and attentive. The beef sirloin was perfectly cooked. If I was to criticise anything, then there was too much salt in mashed potatoes and I only got 2 small brocoli heads and a batton of carrot for my " seasonal veg" . Overall it is well worth a visit and we will go back to give it another try.

Fisherman's Arms is a wonderful pub with good food, extremely nice personnel and a wonderful atmosphere. We had a wonderful evening and would choose to eat here anytime if we were in the area. They are also very dog friendly which was a big plus for us.

My first visit Sept 2020.The food and service was lovely. Three roasts to choose from, all with yorkshire pudding, win! Really lovely place and friendly staff πI've dropped a star because a select few customers were flouting the wear a mask rule when moving round the premises and seemed unable to maintain at least 1m from other customers.I understand that they may well be regular patrons but their disregard for the current rules (for everyone's safety) and the fact that staff did not ask them to comply made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and anxious.
