The Heathers Restaurant in Scottish Borders

Once again our meal was outstanding! All so hot and fresh and cooked to perfection.

We had lovely fish and chips and the service was very efficient. The ambiance is quite stark but that's to be expected in a golf club. Wonderful views of the eyemouth coastline which is why I gave it 5 stars.

The Golf Club itself is very well situated and gives a gorgeous view of the east coast of Scotland. The menu was nice with a decent choice and of Seafood.

My husband and I had lunch here and loved it so much we went again the next day. The staff are really friendly and the food is delicious, the freshest fish I've ever tasted. Great portions and very reasonable prices. The view from the huge windows is amazing. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

As usual we had a lovely meal here. Staff are very good, especially Lorna and Gary. George is wonderful! The monkfish in garlic butter was delicious as was the sole. Scotch pies are also very tasty!

Extremely out dated!! Dirty windows, floor and doors. Toilets were gross! Need updating and kept clean. Staff friendly. Food is not great. Batter was soggy on bottom of my fish. Fish was nice. Need Gordon Ramsay to come and revamp the whole place . The location is fabulous. Views amazing! So get the rest right and you'll be booming!!

Don't often give anywhere five stars, however, The Heathers Restaurant is worth every one. The menu had a great variety on offer and the food could not be faulted and the staff very friendly. To top it off the view was fantastic.

We were given a very warm welcome. They squeezed us in when they were fully booked. We had the scallops and black pudding as a starter and I had the freshly made scampi (not the frozen stuff that most restaurants serve). My husband had the sea bass. All of it was beautifully cooked and tasted fantastic. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Stunning views, decor,/tables could do with been updated but WOW food was wonderful. Best fish I've tasted for a long time.

Somebody recommended Heathers to us a couple of weeks back. We often go to Eyemouth to buy fish, and so on our next visit -- a chilly rain-soaked day -- we decided to go to Heathers and try a bowl of their cullen skink. It was fabulous, as were the mains of salmon and scallops. The views are spectacular and the service impeccable.Highly recommended!
