Lovely dog friendly cafe upstairs although dogs can only be seated outside on the terrace. The staff were very friendly and the food was lovely! We have the basket of fish goujons and chips which was a good portion!

Food has gone downhill over the last few visits,Ranging from fat dripping hash browns to burnt eggs. The food was not as delicious as it was a few months ago,It's like they have lost heart in the place

Weekend away staying in Trefenter and drove into Aberaeron. Ambassadors is a lovely place with a spacious upstairs for coffee and cake. Cappuccino is one of the best I've tasted. Rhubarb and strawberry or raspberry cake was gorgeous. Good service by, yes young, but very polite girls

Probably would have given it five stars if I hadn't seen my food being prepared! Oh! Went to the downstairs cafe. The person in front of me had ordered a tuna baguette and a chilli chicken baguette. The server, who was wearing gloves, squished the fillings into the bread. Then we ordered a cheese & tomato toastie and a ham & cheese toastie. The slices of ham were layered onto the bread, then a handful of grated cheese grabbed out of the tub. Then the cheese & tomato one was prepared. In Subway they ask if you want the gloves changing between meat and vegetarian options, but not here - and there was still tuna scattered around the preparation area. That aside, the food was fine. As I said, if I hadn't seen it prepared (and let's face it, we rarely do see our food prepared, do we?) then it would have been scored higher.

Lovely interior. Nice food and beverages and very friendly, polite staff. You can buy gifts, shoes, handbags, locally made craft, jewellery...,The list goes on. Give it a try...

We popped into here on our day trip to Aberaeron, for a light lunch. Had a fabulous panini each, one sweet chilli chicken & one BBQ pulled pork, large panini with big fillings, expertly put together & totally delicious! Very good value with 2 coffees. The staff were friendly & patient, whilst we made our minds up on what to have, & served to our table. This is a lovely shop with gifts, shoes/boots, clothing, jewelry, knick-knacks, some gorgeous handbags & backpacks with the tea room facility to one side & tables inside & out. It does various foods & also mentioned a carvery on the outside board - a couple of customers were served this & it looked delicious as it passed by us 🙂We'll definitely go back again & would highly recommend it.

Met by friendly and happy staff. Was recommended the carvery which was really plentiful and tasty. Hope to visit again.

Very friendly cafe/shop with food to go and Dog Friendly. Great atmosphere eat in or takeaway. We sat in with our dog after doing part of the coastal walk. It was hard to find a dog friendly place in the village so glad we found this place somewhere to get warm this time of year and right by the bus stop. Great food & chatted to friendly staff. Thank you 👍
