Service abysmal, one hour + wait at table for food (simple sausage and egg sandwiches) lots of people getting refunds because of excess Time and and when it arrived it was worse than a road side van,Take a tip unless you want the shop witch is good carry on driving by .

Best "stop off" on our journey. Staff were great (especially the lady with blonde hair) and the Welsh rarebit was fantastic. All very reasonably priced.

·

Very expensive. The farm fresh eggs were not only expensive but also only one day before their best before date. The toilets however were immaculate.

·

A great little cafe with lots of tasty choices, with good clean seating inside and out. And a handy BP Pulse EV charging station. Oh and the nicest of staff

I never usually leave reviews but I went here for my partner's birthday breakfast as they advertised a full english vegan breakfast with vegan black pudding etc. Go up to order and told there is no vegan full english only pancakes or avo on toast. They clearly had vegan black pudding on the menu, baked beans, toast, mushroom, hash brown etc. So I asked if they could just make one up using just the vegan ingredients - the waiter checked with the chef who said no chance they can only do pancakes or avo on toast. This was frustrating as it was on the menu that they would do a full English vegan and we wouldn't have come here otherwise. I ordered the pancakes, but unfortunately they were terrible and looked like a kid had made them. 2 very very small out of shape pancakes with a few slices of apple on the side and a dollop of yoghurt for nearly £6. Poor advertisement of vegan food and not very accommodating (not in my experience anyway). Shame because I'd only heard good things about Cletwr.

We saw the roadside sign advertising the Cletwr and decided to stop for a tea and cake. We drove in 3 mins to 4.00 o'clock. Asked for a Tea and cake only to be told sorry cafe' is now closed. !!!Who closes a road side coffee shop at 4 on a sunny week day with plenty of passing trade.3 other people followed behind me all asking for tea or coffee only to be told the same thing. The shop part remained open! though. We sat in the car park watching another 4 or 5 cars going in with the same result. So sorry can't really write a review.

Stopped for something to eat and drink in a nice cafe there. Indoor/outdoor seating. There are a lot of tourist attractions nearby , water falls etc. Saw advertised on a poster at the cafe. Will go back sometime and explore

Never been more embarrassed in my life! Had coffee and food, was about to ask for coffee and cake and staff member came over and told us someone else wanted the table so we had to leave!! Really really embarrassing. Horrible. Won't go again.
