Excellent coffee! I like mine with fresh cream so it's great that Costa always has it. Served separately in a little jug. A place you can rely on whether early morning or at the end of a busy day. Always friendly helpful staff.

Very slow, god help them if a lot of ppl in shop, didnt ask which of beverage we would like just gave the largest size which was way too big for me and ended up leaving it so was waste of money, staff on moblies when ppl waiting to be served

Nice friendly staff. My order was made quickly. Some tables did take a while for them to be cleaned though, It wasn't busy.

conveniently located branch of this popular franchise.tables well spaced in terms of social distancing, however half the staff weren't wearing masks or if they were, not properly. also tables weren't quickly sanitised and cleared after customers left. however toilets were fairly clean and they had a pretty decent hand dryer inside.

Rude and patronising shop manager! 1st visit saw me treated like a child whilst i conducted test and trace procedure on my mobile with instructions shouted at me for the whole shop to hear. I took a step sideways to make room for a fellow customer and was again shouted at not to move until i had proof that the T&T details were complete. I'm a big fan of Costa and actively seek them out during travel breaks. Visited second time to give them the benefit of the doubt. This time witnessed an elderly couple refused entry as they didn't have a mobile phone compatible with QR codes. After 10 minutes of embarassing instructions from the shop manager holding up a long queue they eventually left in quite a distressed state. Full appreciate COVID implications but this was poor, really poor!

Ordered 3 hot chocolates, bit of a wait because it was busy, unfortunately they were warm when delivered to the table. We informed the young lady who had made them & she immediately gave us 3 more that were steaming hot. Service was extremely good & we received an apology for the first warm hot chocolates !

Costa Coffee in Aberystwyth is a fantastic place to unwind from the stresses and strains of modern day living. It is a peaceful haven in a busy town with really friendly staff, lovely coffee and friendly atmosphere.
