Flat Rock Bistro in Ceredigion

Great food, staff and location. Would have given 5 stars but even though impeccably clean the decor is dark and dated. Will definitely return, staff and food here are much better and has more choice than the neighbouring Cliff Hotel.

You know what time for the truth, went here with my brother back from new Zealand in May, service shocking, food shocking.Bearing in mind I have lived here now for 18 years, so I'm not a fly through tourist, so for my 50th tonight,with my wife and daughter, decided to give them another go.....wellTwo members of staff that dealt with us where A1ThenFood shockingThe bill shockingManager shocking, if you want somewhere for a special occasion, don't go to flat rock bistroOne star is too much for this place

Slow on the food front but was lovely 4.95 for a Guinness with 2 inch head. Nice spot for sun set

Lovely views and friendly staff. The baked filet of plaice was tasteless but my partner enjoyed his steak.

This is the restaurant for the Gwbert hotel. Excellent food. Efficient and helpful staff. A good place to eat if visiting the area or staying at the hotel. Photo taken 2nd March 2022.

Friendly staff, can't fault the food at all 👌 Been staying in the hotel here for nearly a month now so I'd say I've had my fair share of experience and I've thoroughly enjoyed it!

Ace service, brilliant views and smashing food.On an early autumn day we'd thought we'd pop in for lunch, got there a bit early so were made feel welcome and had a nice coffee watching the sea, once the kitchen opened my wife and i had baked potatoes... It came with an amazing salad and healthy portion of coleslaw.It was one of the finest bean and cheese baked potatoes I've ever had.Followed by a lovely cheesecake second to none.Really pleased, will be returning soon.
