KFC in Ceredigion

I think that this is the worst place I have ever been to dirty.. over cooked food ...and they got the order wrong...and they charged us £26 for the privilege.. never again.

Shockingly long wait. Useless lad on till. 1 girl pretty much doing everything she needs a raise. Too busy with deliveroo that the restaurant side suffers

Should be shut down, waiting 20 minutes to be served, 20 minutes to get the food, half of the food was left on the side to get cold while they cooked the rest

Seemed understaffed, tables needed a good wipe. Staff were helpful and pleasant, wasn't particularly busy at all, but the experience reminded me why I don't visit fast food chains very often.

Worst kfc we’ve been to.. won’t be returning.Disappointed!!!Ordered online to collect, family feast that came ON THE BONE! 🤢it should specify which it does not!!Also the gravy was vile, never soon anything like it!! (mashed potato)Needless to say an expensive meal £15.00 considering we only ate the fries and beans.Will go to Big Ron’s in the future 😡

KFC Aberystwyth.What an awful experience.My 8 year old granddaughter and I cleared a table for us to sit at because there was left over food and waste from previous customers all around. No wiping with antibacterial to kill Covid.The whole restaurant needed a clean and was dirty.Staff were oblivious.The food took 15 minutes to get ready (it was only a boneless chicken, chips and a drink). We watched people come and go with their food while we sat there waiting. When our number was finally called I went up to the counter to collect it. The delightful young lady slapped our food down without a word, let alone a smile.The food wasn't up to the standard we expected but I had promised my granddaughter that she could eat in the restaurant.There were no condiments to try to mask the taste of the food so I asked our lovely server for some salt for the chips. I can only describe her response as 'barked', No Salt, then she turned her back on us and walked away!Needless to say, we left . . . and went to McDonalds.I won't be hurrying back to Aberystwyth KFC in a hurry.

What an absolute dive of a place this is. The foreign lad taking the order did not get any of it correct. I looked in the bag and threw it back on the counter and walked out. £6 for standing waiting 20 minutes and got nothing. The place looked grubby, the people serving looked grubby. To be honest I am glad food order wasn't correct as probably ended up ill. Suffice to say KFC Aberystwyth is off our go to list- in fact any KFC probable

Went late saturday night. Staff were pleasant but the food was the worst kfc I've had! Don't think my chicken fillet burger was cooked just really poor quality.

Food was absolutely disgusting. When you pay that amount of money for a meal. ..You expect it to be hot and fresh. Not Burnt and cold. I am Totally and utterly appauld at the way they are getting away with it and will be letting the management and head office know as soon as possible today. If I was you I'd save yourselves some money and spend it else where. ....

KFC despite being my favourite of the ‘big 3’ (KFC, Burger King & McDonalds) can be very hit and miss. When it’s hit it’s wonderful, when miss while never inedible just luke warm and dull. Anyhow visited here for my first KFC this year Thursday 10th Sept and it was probably the best KFC I’ve ever had! And I’ve had A LOT, here and in the US. Piping hot and delicious! Lovely large bits of meaty juicy chicken cooked perfectly & even their fries! Which are nice freshly cooked, who knew?! Plus the staff were smily and really friendly and kept my bag safe for an hour when like a moron I walked out without it!
