Fantastic, friendly shop. A huge range of health foods, ingredients, herbal and natural remedies, medicines and supplements. Cafe also located at back of shop and makes the most delicious vegetarian meals!!!!! The best moussaka and lasagne ever!!

Fantastic food for takeaway, the samosas, veg pasties and vegan chocolate torte are excellent. The shop has a great selection of all the good non mainstream items that are better for you and the planet

Lovely staff, so pleasant late in the afternoon when we ordered some sandwiches and coffee. Nice old fashioned heath food store and cafe.

A true Gem right on the high road!Whether you're a a local or just passing through you must visit!More than once I've found exwcrpy what I need right here when no where else had it. They have a superb range or world herbs and spices, their stock of medicinal extracts and supplements is second to none! Plus the staff are extremely well versed in the products they sell.Im always really impressed with with world foods selection and ability to order what you need if that's the case.There is a small cafe joined to the store which also is fabulous, serving fresh vegetarian and vegan foods from locally grown produce.

Incredibly well stock shop with a diverse range. Staff are all very knowledgeable and happy to advise. The cafe is consistently good and the food and coffee are equally appealing. It's refreshing to go somewhere that caters for Vegetarian and Vegans. Quality is great, prices reasonable and atmosphere is relaxed.
