We are currently staying at New quay and have visited Naturally scrumptious for lunch on two occasions. The staff are extremely friendly, the lunches were delicious, the coffee and tea wonderful, the cakes superb. We sit outside as we take Teddy our dog and we left on each occasion having bought something to take away from their deli. We will pop in again on our way home. Highly recommended.

Didn't eat here because the guy who 'welcomed us' was just awful. We asked for a menu to decide if there was anything we wanted to eat, but he rushed us to a table. He said "you'll have to sit down and let me explain what's not available'. He handed us the menu covered in crossings out and said, vthis the menu after Covid' (?). He then proceeded to reel off what they didn't have, so quickly that we missed most of it. But what we did catch was it was mostly stuff we would have had. He was so abrupt and it all felt so rushed and awkward that we just didn't feel like staying and quickly left, saying thank you as we scooted through the door. We just felt so uncomfortable. Glad we didn't go there in the end, as we then found McCowans which was lovely.

We had a delightful time in the tiny coffee shop area. We had a super hot chocolate, really wonderful latte and fabulous cake, homemade and light as a proverbial feather. We also shopped in the deli. The shop and cafe are tiny, but as in life size is no reflection on the quality of produce on sale here, homemade, bread, cakes, and much more, outstanding quality.

Lovely. A number of delicious vegan options. Simple food, well done. And the COVID protocols are adhered to in an exemplary fashion.

Fab! Top people, top food. Wide range of vegetarian options, super knowledgeable and lovely staff. Sweet potato scotch eggs, falafel burger and extra coronation potato. Good coffee too. A treat and highly recommend.

Fantastic cakes, great coffee, good Covid controls, what's not to like. Deli is really good, wine selection is worth the money.

It was a random choice for a lunch break, but one that I am so glad we made. Fresh natural food with a lot of imagination. Beautifully presented with a lot of choice for vegetarians too. Dessert to make you abandon the diet and the chance to buy some of the interesting ingredients from the deli as you leave. All at a most reasonable price too.

A small deli with a cafe serving delicious, reasonably priced meals and coffee. Great Chai latte. The seating area is a little cramped and fills up quickly so plan to arrive early if you want to get in for lunch.

This is a wonderful little family run cafe with a superbly stocked deli. All cakes and pastries are homemade on the premises, with several gluten free options. These gorgeous homemades are not run of the mill. They are very special but at affordable prices. On the deli side, produce is top quality, some local, including some organic wines and spirits. It's a good place to find an usual gift for foodies too. Thoroughly recommend.
