Excellent old fashion pub, open fire, great melt in your mouth steak. Landlord has a terrific sense of humour. A fun place to be.

Last minute drop-in on a Bank Holiday weekend... were more than happy to seat the 4 of us, lovely freshly cooked food, and a nice and simple down-to-earth pub.No airs and graces, and nice to see a traditional bar with regulars sat there enjoying a pint. Very fair prices as well. Will certainly go back.

A lovely town Pub with reasonable prices and friendly staff. They also have a pool table and food avaliable.

Wonderful home cooked food which was very welcome 2 evenings running after walking 8 miles each day on cliff coast path .

We booked at short notice so we're pleased to get in. The meal on our visit was a traditional roast, and was delivered quickly and piping hot. It certainly filled a gap. The staff were pleasant and attentive.

Absolute amazing pub with such lovely people. Went here for a birthday meal for my 18th and they were so lovely, id never been here before but they were all a goos laugh and willing to help when it came to testing drinks and i cant wait to go on holiday to new quay again to come and visit this pub again. Food was great service was brilliant and dog friendly in the bar which was brillaint for my collie Storm. Was the best 18th which was partly because of this pub ❤️

Excellent freshly made food. Steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare (as asked for). Great motorhome stopover as close to New Quay too
