Sophie Bach Tea & Coffee Room in Ceredigion

We went to Sophie’s for breakfast and it was delicious. Had to wait about 15 mins for a table as it was busy, which is fine, and it was worth it. Great menu with lovely tasting food for all sorts of dietary needs. We had the vegan breakfast which was real nice, and the coffee here is amazing. Treated ourselves to a milkshake on the way our, dairy free, and that was magnif too! Nice and clean cafe with friendly staff. Top work guys!!

I had the half American breakfast which was really nice at a reasonable price. My partner ordered the monster version and was defeated! The iced coffee was good but I wasn't as impressed by the latte which was just OK.

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful selection of dishes to suit all appetites and a good selection of veggie and vegan options. We had a salad and a baguette and both portions were generous and absolutely delicious. Lovely fresh ingredients. Also ordered some of the smoothies which were so tasty and refreshing. One of the best lunch venues I have eaten at in a while. Great value for money, couldn't recommend it enough!

I have nothing but praise for this place. It was our first time visiting today and we got good vibes from here before we even entered.The food menu spoils you with options, the service is fast and friendly (this despite it being fully booked inside), and the food... Just incredible. The icing on the cake was that they serve white mochas, a drink you don't get often.Would highly recommend, and will definitely be back!

Not really impressed maybe they had a bad day .Nice n clean no doubt.Nice place no doubtFood wasn't great tho . Mrs gourmet burger was cold. She also complained of a bad stomach after . The boy who will eat anything ate very little of his gourmet burger he didn't complain of a bad stomach but has asked not to go back . Myself.. I was disappointed in the monster breakfast no monster there at all just an average size . The bacon hadn't really been cooked I like to eat the fat if its been cooked not here no tin tomatoes whats that about ? .

Always lovely food served quickly and always with a smile no matter how busy they are. Breakfasts are always nice and hot when served. So many places fail to get hot breakfast to the table but never an issue at Sophie's.

The food is very nice and the staff is friendly. I had such an amazing vegan iced coffee and their smoothies are lush too. It is quite small inside so I wouldn't go there as a big group plus there are only 2 toilets...but great for little bite to eat while you are in town. Few parking spaces along that road too

Delicious! Perfect solution when a vegan marries a carnivore. From a nice hot cup of tea to the coffee drinks I can't pronounce everything is excellent. Enough food choices for everyone's palate. Lovely staff who obviously enjoy what they do.

The place was very clean, the staff helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. We had jacket potatoes with cheese and beans, larger than expected, tasted great. Would recommend.
