The Falcondale Restaurant in Ceredigion

Fabulous gem of a hotel, tranquility and views are spectacular. The service is outstanding and staff so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We had our wedding reception there and it was outstanding. The wonderful Hannah was such a lovely Co Ordinater and she did an exceptional job. Her attention to detail wonderful and she did all that we asked for and more. Guests loved the rooms and so comfortable. If you are looking for a wedding venue, or just a couple of days to stay away from the madness and business of life, this beautiful and atmospheric Victorian country house is the place to stay. Food outstanding also. Can’t say enough good things and it was the best day of our lives.

We had Afternoon tea. It was lovely. I had to bring some home. Beautiful hotel. The scenery and gardens were amazing. Staff were friendly and very professional. I cannot comment on the rooms as we sat in the conservatory. Well worth the price charged. Even better when it was a birthday gift.

We've eaten here a couple of times now - Sunday lunch and an evening meal. The food has been delicious on both occasions and service was polite and attentive

A wonderful place for a romantic break 💓. The chef prepares delicious food, including good vegetarian choices.

Nice room, comfortable bed, beautiful views, very peaceful, nice staff and the food was exceptional good.

Had afternoon tea as a post mother's day treat. Lovely location and good table in the Conservatory. I do feel that the cafetieres could have been more presentable i.e glass and tea would have been nice served in a china teapot using leaves instead of bags. However the food was good and plentiful with lovely cakes and desserts. And copious amounts of tea and coffee.Finally our earlier requests for items to be exchanged were catered for.

We visited the Falcondale for an afternoon tea in the conservatory. The food and service were excellent making for an thoroughly enjoyable experience. Add to that the excellent setting and all in all a five star experience.
