The Ship Inn in Ceredigion

Stayed in a lovely room overlooking the beach, the room was very clean, shower was great and very good tea and coffee selection. Food is amazing and great portions, would definitely stay again

The staff were very friendly and helpful and polite. The food we had was the Sunday share roast for 2 people. There was plenty of meat and vegetables and the Yorkshire puddings were massive. There was also plenty of gravy to share between the two of us. Overall my wife and myself were very pleased with everything and will be going again and will be recommending this place to friends and family. Excellent

Booked one night, we had a fantastic room with balcony overlooking the beach. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Good pub meal in the evening and a freshly cooked Welsh breakfast in the morning. Quiet location but a little gem. Will come again and stay longer and would definitely recommend to friends.

Cracking location and friendly staff. No problems with the dogs, suffers from having no car park but it is a beach front pub. Sadly can't give 5 stars as remember too well from old when it was a top notch place to eat. Now basic pub grub but still well worth a visit

Wonderful place!! Fantastic location. Staff very helpful. Stayed over night. Stayed when there was a storm going on in February, can only imagine how lovely it would be in the summer 🌞😁

Poor quality food, small portions, one waitress was VERY rude, the others did their best and seemed stressed. The pub was busy, but this still shouldn't be at the cost of cleanliness, good service and good food, our seats were disgusting, filthy dirty, they looked like they had never been cleaned, really! A message to the manager, look around you, make adjustments when busy, sorry really no excuses, you are offering food, service and drink so do it properly PLEASE ! Such a shame, this pub used to be a top notch place to eat, now a brewery owns it and the good standards have been destroyed, the pub was always a busy pub, they used to keep it clean, offer excellent food and service. People go for a drink on the terrace and enjoy the view but avoid eating here at all costs.

Great coffee with excellent friendly service and local information. Amazing views of the bay and really good value as well. Water bowls provided for dogs a most welcome free extra!

Nice views and lots of outdoor seating with water for dogs. Menu is large but we only wanted a lunchtime sandwich. We had a starter and a pint.

The Ship inn is a hidden Gem.Beautiful location.Lovely food and the staff are very helpful.We visited here early February while taking a break for our birthday.I would recommend booking early as this is a popular place .Definitely be back in the summer.
