An absolute gem in Llanidloes. Helen is so lovely. On our first visit we were looking for some eggfree lunch options. As there were limited options on the current menu, Helen very kindly suggested a vegetarian/vegan cafe around the corner. She did tempt us with the Welsh rarebit and we returned the next day for tea and a snack. It was lovely to hear more about the history of the tea shop and about the owners themselves. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The kids were fascinated by the wonders hidden in the washroom! So much care and attention in every detail. Cannot be missed if you are visiting Llanidloes

Excellent tea room with great home made cakes.Welsh rarebit and other sandwiches were very good. Really friendly and great service!

Cozy little tea shop with a variety of scones, cakes, desserts and small savoury plates. Had a lovely lunch with my sister and would be happy to go back. Only 8 patrons max currently allowed so booking is definitely recommended.

So you are driving east from Aberystwyth on the A470 to England and how does a tea-room get a top rating better than any services you have ever experienced?By serving the most delicious cheese and spring onion sandwiches in an high class cake-box, in the most beautiful town called Llanidloes!Thank you so much to the waitress who made our sandwich on Saturday 13-Nov, and let us wait at one of her tables whilst she organised our lunch in a jiffy!

Popped in a few days ago for a coffee and cake. Great coffee and a lemon drizzle cake that loves you back. This is a lovely place full of personal character and charm with a nice relaxed atmosphere. The owner was very welcoming and friendly with everyone. Plenty of easy parking around if you are local, passing through or, like us, staying in the area.

Lovely tea room run by lovely, friendly couple. Delightful old, cosy building, full of character yet spotlessly clean. Everything is handmade on the premises and really delicious (including the gelato!) A true gem, and worth a diversion if you're passing nearby.(Oh, and it has one of the most interesting restrooms you'll ever come across!)

Little places like Cobblers bring joy to my heart. It was recommended by the campsite just outside Llanidloes, and I'm so glad I followed it up. Had easily the best cafe latte I'd had on this trip to Wales, in fact one of the best I've ever had in GB!

Stopped here on the way home from a wonderful holiday in Wales. The Welsh rarebit was delicious and the Bara Brith was superb - we only wish we’d bought one to bring home! Lovely surroundings and a beautiful market town to wander around after eating here - highly recommend a stop here!

We were looking for somewhere to get a coffee before continuing on our journey and discovered the Cobblers Tea Room. Wow what a lovely place! We had perfect coffees and couldn’t resist the delicious cakes. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We definitely plan to call in again and make it our go-to stopover!

The best deluxe hot chocolate ever and the fresh coronation chicken sandwiches were absolutely lovely, very nice and friendly owner who we spoke to about the history of her gorgeous old and characteristic building, our fave cafe by far and will be visiting again and again and will highly recommend.
