Drovers' Thai Restaurant in Powys

We were camping nearby and spotted this place on Google maps. Absolutely fantastic takeaway. We popped in to order and then went into Dod for some shopping and collected 30 mins later. Delicious food and what a lovely lady.

Had a meal with the family, group of 7, we had a wide range of dishes, all of which tasted amazing. Relaxed atmosphere with great service from the hardworking owner, who took orders and was covering in the kitchen. All very pleasant and will definitely return when next in the area.

Great food but be patient as the staff is one person and she works flat out to prepare and deliver some excellent food!

Superb food, marred by very slow service. The proprietor, a Thai lady, worked very hard to welcome, cook, serve and manage the restaurant. With just 5 people at the Drovers she was finding it tough. However the red curry, Penang curry and Pad Thai were a riot of stunning tastes and we shall return to sample more from this very talented chef.

Went in with a group of 7 food was up to it's exeptional standard, good service and nice chilled Singha beer.

Had a lovely takeaway from here tonight while on holiday. We weren’t sure about it from the street view Googlemaps image because it looks like a bungalow. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised.We had free crackers and complimentary chocolates in the bag too. Our little one was delighted!We had the mixed starter which was great value. Also had the Satay Chicken, Pad Thai and Penang. All incredible value. The bill came to £25. At home this would easily be £40.

Had a take away for four people. Lovely food as usual. Found website hard to use but now got menu for next time.

Kid's love this Tai restaurant.Fresh and beautifully flavoured.Been many times always a pleasure.Cooked fresh from scratch.Great choice.Best for miles.

Had a lovely 2 course meal here. The mixed starter is delicious. Highly recommend the Pad Thai and the Whisky Chicken.Friendly service and good value for money.

Most welcoming for us, had a mixed starter which was delicious, pad Thai and a cashew dish for mains. Really enjoyed it, would return if passing again.
