Sumptuous food. Friendly service, good atmosphere. Paulo's dishes are a work of art; no surprise having spent decades focusing on his love of cooking. Past restaurants included Shrewsbury area and was always fully booked.

Fantastic service, very friendly! Great food, the house wine was a treat and it was a good atmosphere. Will make note to come again.

Extremely accomodating to our needs of dining early as we were passing through in our way back to Lancashire. Quick service, very good food, liked the parmesan bake waffer on top of the pasta don't see that usually. Very good carbonara and dessert of carrot and almond cake. Coffee was great quality too. Reasonably priced. Would definatley try again if ever passing through Newtown and would be tempted to try the specials next time...

A very cosy and authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Newtown, Wales. Fantastic food and wonderful service. So much so, we went twice in our 1 week trip! The couple running the restaurant could not do enough for us and the food was spot on each time. We enjoyed two amazing pasta dishes the first night and following the great reviews, went for the Reuben Pizza each the second occasion! Highly recommend coming to this little slice of heaven!

Italian restaurant under new ownership, food was tasty and service was excellent, we had the place to our selves as a week night, but I don't think the word has got around that it is under new ownership. Definitely worth a visit.

Welcoming staff, great food at a very reasonable price (drinks too). The chicken liver starter was delicious and the sirloin steak was perfectly cooked. Definitely recommended!
