McDonald's in Powys

We get the odd forgotten item on a fairly regular basis but the food is good, is hot and you don't have to wait long for it.

Some how mixes up sprite and Fanta when ordering, doesn't have any sauce, forgets milk even after asking for it multiple times, cross mixes coke and Sprite together- the replacement is much better but still a bit off- forgets onions in burgers, forgets bacon when you pay extra for it and it's on the label/receipt.

Staff deal with the nasty attitudes of some customers really proffesionaly, some poor lovby staff had a customer having ago at them really nastyily, and they dealt with very well. I feel bad for the staff with how badly some customers treat them...

Had a pit stop at Newtown McDonald's today. The staff were friendly and helpful...even to the point of holding the door for me to access the toilets (I'm on crutches). The food was really good and fresh and the coffee was great too. Couldn't ask for better today! Thank you staff! A***

Awful. Worst mc Donald's we've ever eaten. Didn't taste like mc Donald's. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, clearly ran out of burgers so used 2 grande big mac burgers instead, they were watery and greasy. The diet coke and coca cola taste absolutely awful. The worst food we've ever had

Usual food but even then managed to give me somebody else's order in drive through. Had to park up and go inside to sort out. Staff clueless and unapologetic. These places are run by kids - utterly hopeless. They should be trained in other restaurants to see how it is done properly.

Oscar was horribly rude, my little boy cried because he got our happy meal order wrong, by getting him a chicken nugget happy meal instead of a cheese burger and then got him a toy instead of a book, my boy is bright and smart and was really looking forward to reading daddy his book, you need to train your staff better with customer communication

Had a pit stop on the bikes today on way to the coast. Always great to see the Golden Arches on our travels. Knowing ( in autumn / winter ) you can get hot food, Hot drinks and somewhere warm to thaw out when out on the bikes. Plus toilets on site and a free large car park to use. Seemed very quite today unless we were early than normal. Food and drink the usual McDonald's fare. Can't knock the breakfast it fills you up nicely and is a great way to start the day. Can use the app to order food and have it brought to you, Or use the counter or the screens by the front door.

Another McDonald's. This one has a drive through.The McDonald's menu on offer. Sadly no coffee available without caffeine.The star are friendly and helpful.The restaurant was busy. Touch screen tablets are available to entertain children.The car park was busy with the obligatory person who took three spaces to themselves.If you like McDonald's you will enjoy your visit.
