The guy working on the cashier on Saturday the 9th July morning, he was so polite and nice and made us feel welcome

Its ok for the size of the shop. Its the only supermarket in Welshpool that has a fish counter so is good to get fresh fish. Always found morrisons expensive compared to tesco so don't really shop there but it's worth noting they have counters open like butchers, bakers and fish monger unlike tesco.

The store is laid out badly and poorly stockedFortunately we were served by one very helpful, friendly and efficient staff member / a young lady on the checkout. The staff generally were not rude. But, far from friendly, far from helpful, not at all efficient and sadly lacking in product knowledgeAt a busy time only 3 check outs were open, creating fairly long queues at these three checkoutsThe disabled parking bays are not monitored at all -:: Of the ten or so Blue Badge Holder only bays, six were occupied by vehicles not -:: -:: NOT ::-displaying The Requisite Blue BadgePeople that are not registered as disabled but occupy Blue Badge parking bays are in all respects despicable and entirely-:: net ::- extremely ignorantAll in all, shopping at Morrisons in Welsh Pool is most definitely ( for us ) an unpleasant experience that will not under circumstances be repeated!!!😞😞

Called in for lunch on Saturday, on way back from Tenby. Really tasty fish, chips and peas, plus tea - £5.98 what a bargain. Plus fantastic service from John on cafe checkout. We are elderly and John took everything to the table for us. A true gentleman - many thanks

I stopped using Morrisons a year ago when a cashier was rude when I returned a pkt of mixed fruit which had peel in it. I had been asked specifically not put mixed peel in this fruit cake so i returned the pkt with the receipt. I was told off for returning the fruit and i was not allowed to have my receipt back which had weeks shopping on it and my card details almost £100. Today I only went for plants but had to pay for them inside. I asked an assistant if they had any boxes in the back so the plants would not leak on the counter or in my car her reply was "no you cant have a box we dont have any" and she walked away. Last time I go there 😶

Clean cafe area. But cakes are only fresh in the morning. The cakes dry out by lunch time as they are not wrapped in cling film or similar. Only some are under glass domes. Drink machines out of chocolate, luckily I like coffee too. However, pleasant enough place to spend some time while other half shops.

Had breakfast in the restaurant.Had the small breakfast and it was so good. Cappachino let it down. Bitter and not hot enough, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Friendly, helpful staff. The store is just the right size to be able to find everything yet with a good selection of fresh food and groceries all well presented. Lovely cafe for a light lunch, coffee and good variety of cakes!
