Ordering off the Nandos app is always an easy experience. The only app I've ever ordered food from where the food is ready at the time it says. Staff always nice and friendly. Love the food here!

Unorganised, rushed, drink dispensers are dirty and the pop is flat, water was cloudy, glasses are dirty, mash potato was hard and cold, everyones meal came at different times. Real poor service

Mains came out the same time as starters, sent them back as they would be cold.My partner asked for a fresh main to be re made , they instead put it under the hot lamps including coleslaw! When we said we wanted fresh they left the chips and coleslaw under the lamp and put the chicken in the grill for a minute.Complained to the pink haired make manager who said 'customer is never right that's how we do it' and shouted at us!Appalling attitude , we left not having our mains. Very Poor attitude towards customers in a climate where its expensive to eat out.

Shocking service... attitude from the stuff even worse.. disregard the refund but the food hygiene was Shocking re-warming food after it was cook.. when I approached management they disregard my concerns like I was nothing.. and was going give food to someone else and said the customer wasn't never right.. not even when your paying nearly 50 pound for meal

Absolutely amazing service food was served very quickly and tasted Amazing and cooked to a great standard and full of flavour the glasses and cutlery were clean and everything was explained Clearly of the service cycle and how to order however the restaurant was very cold but it had only just opened so that may have been the reason. Easily the best meal out I have had in a long time and will definitely be returning.

Fresh chicken and the flavour of the chicken wrap was lovely. Service was friendly. Marked down one star as the macho peas were a bit under cooked and the chips needed a bit more cooking time. Other than that a nice lunch, quick and friendly service.Location is great for a cinema/bowling afternoon as it's right in the middle of the VUE cinema and bowling complex.
