Fantastic facility in the heart in Newtown- completely free of charge and staffed by two lovely ladies.

I was fascinated by the local community art and poetry being exhibited when I visited. The gallery is spacious enough to feel free to stand and observe, but small enough to be intimate.The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful little gallery, there’s always something interesting in the exhibits and especially great considering they are free! I also love the gift shop - if you are shopping for an arty child or adult then there’s definitely something lovely in there that they won’t have seen before! Always worth a stop whenever you’re in town as it’s so well placed by the car park!

Lovely Place and Staff all very pleasant. Amazing seeing the Knife Angel, Very Emotional.

Lovely modern building. Always good exhibitions. Plus a nice cafe with tasty light lunches. Great place to sit and chat and enjoy the view. Also there are great strolls to be had close by, alongside the river.

Great little gallery, go there as much as I can. Has a cafe and gift shop. Displays a lot of contemporary art, which I like. Best of all it is free, I do try to make a donation at the door as I know they need the funding.

A quirky little gallery in the park, the Oriel Davies Gallery is host to a regularly changing exhibition, cafe and gift shop.The staff are friendly and the cafe good quality. The gift shop stock books, cards and a range of more local products.

Great , well priced cafe with proper homemade cakes. We had freshly made scones which were lovely and crumbly. The gallery was interesting and my 8 year old daughter enjoyed the interactive parts.

Contemporary art, always with a feel of the aventgard about it. Child friendly and interactive. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The shop sells many beautiful artisan products but, as such, is rather expensive. The tiny coffee shop sell very nice food and, in here too, the staff are pleasant and friendly
