Called in for tea tonight... & yes it was as good as we hoped. We hadn't booked but it was early (5 ish) so could be fitted in (just). Friendly staff lovely surroundings & a straightforward menu of good quality very tasty food prepared to perfection. As Arnie said I'll be back ... to explore more of the menu...(OK he never said that last bit). Highly recommended.

Enjoyed a delicious three-course Sunday lunch. Incredibly grateful to the chef and the owners for putting together a vegan menu for my birthday. It's certainly not every place that would be so generous, so this was really special. And the food was absolutely top notch!

Had meal here on Saturday and it was lovely. It was steak night, we had table service due to covid. Food came in great time and the staff were lovely. They made out anniversary meal a great one. I'd reccomend booking before going.

Had a really excellent meal tonight. Antipasti starter wouldn't be my normal choice, but it was really flavoursome and didn't regret it at all - could tell it uses high quality ingredients, I'll probably revisit just for that alone! The kebab (main) was very tasty, and the prawns and duck which my wife had looked and apparently tasted very good. Drinks prices were very fair, and overall bill for 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 dessert and 3 drinks, it was spot on. We were welcomed on the way in and staff were professional and attentive. Bit of a hidden gem restaurant to be honest, we're definitely going back.

We had a really good Sunday lunch in this nicely renovated gastropub. Seriously good and interesting choice of food, not at all just the usual pub selection. Super friendly team too. Highly to be recommended.

Very good food. Not the usual pub-grub. There is a mediterranean influence in the menu. Starters, mains, dessert - all were superb. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Parking on site.
