Driven past this pub for years without ever going in. Went for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised. Great lunch menus and even one for retirees - 2 courses for £10 which is great value. Food was good.

Great welcome, all staff very attentive. Both the chicken curry and the sweet potato curry were amazing! Dog friendly in the bar area. Oh, and a great view out of the window of Pen y fan!

Stopped for refreshments, wanted something lite tuna baguette, lovely crunchy but soft baguette served with chips & side salad drizzled with a stunning dressing made by the chef. Highly recommended, to finish off a cup of tea

Friendly owners who offer an oap offer meal £10 for two courses. The menu is changed weekly. The sweet was a normal size but the main course was small but tasty. Will visit again

Stopped for lunch after our walk up Pen Y Fan.Lovely traditional pub, nice warm fire, friendly staff and the food was lovely definitely reccomend.

Had a Christmas meal here and it was excellent! Food was lovely with a great choice on the menu. The service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. It was a big group and no one was left waiting for their food and it was all piping hot! Would definitely recommend.

We (Me, my wife, doughter & baby grandson) popped in a couple of weeks ago at around 4pm on a Sunday on the off chance of getting a meal. Katie and her team were so accommodating, and even though we had not booked and it was well passed lunchtime, they fitted us in. We were the last people to have Sunday Roasts that day, but you could not tell as the food was wonderfully fresh, tasty and very well priced.Highly Recommend *****They even do a Dog's Two Course Sunday Roast!Thanks Katie & Team, we will be back, with the dog next time.

LOVE The Tai'r Bull Inn. I happened upon it by chance last night and came in for some food. The atmosphere was so friendly - driven by Julie and Katie, and Katie's daughter. It really feels like you are home from home as soon as you step in the door. Good food, good bar, reasonable prices, everything to like. In fact so much that I have come back for the second night and stayed in one of their newly refurbished rooms. Thank you!
