Lovely pub ,very friendly and helpful staff. Food was very nicely presented and lots of it.Good that you can have dessert to takeaway as you dont want to miss out on the cheesecake 😃

This tastefully and recently refurbished pub is well laid out. With multiple TV's for sports TV and a beer garden at the rear. There was a great choice of classic pub meals including fish, burgers, steak, scampi, ham egg and chips, lasagne etc. We had an amazing burger served with coleslaw, onion rings and very tasty fries. The Scampi is delicious served with lemon and tartare sauce, chunky chips and a choice of garden or mushy peas. We asked could the grandchildren have sausage and fries which was not on the menu and we were not disappointed the grandchildren loved their meals. Highly recommend a visit. We will be back no doubt.
