As a family of vegetarians we were very happy with the food. Amazing canalloni with fresh garlic bread and freshly cooked chips.Chips were not too oily and canalloni was cooked perfect with a lovely cheese sauce. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Friendly service, tasty food, good portions and a fair price. Definitely worth a visit.

While on a day out exploring, we stumbled across the Green Inn in search of food. We sat next to a fire, service was prompt and attentive, and the brie bites and steak burger were deliciously good and satisfying. Would recommend this pub to anyone in the area.

Very happy we stumbled upon this place on our way home from a few days away. I had the vegan chicken burger - I was very pleased to see this as an option. It was bought in but nice, just don't expect anything extravagant. It came on a dry bun (v nice bread) with lettuce & tomato. Weirdly & fortunately I had some coleslaw in the car, I added that & it was really nice. A bit dry without. My partner had the beef burger which he enjoyed, he said it was tasty, home made & the bacon was delicious but a bit dry, burger sauce would be a good addition. The chips were excellent. Onion rings weren't home made but nice enough. I had malbec which was very good, as was the beer on tap. We would definitely come here again as the beer garden was vast enough to house plenty of dogs but so that each had enough space to themselves. We have an anxious rescue dog but even she was very happy here. Thanks!

Perfect place to stop off on the way back from a trip to the coast/Bala Lake. Food was good value with large portions and very tasty. Really good sized beer garden, lots of parking and dog and child friendly. Didn't see any kids menus (but didn't actually ask) but a choice of basket food which were huge and good value. Friendly staff. Would definitely stop here again.

This is a beautiful pub. We ate in the garden in the glorious sunshine. The staff were friendly, helpful and service was excellent. The food was delicious too. Can highly recommend the vegan burger, cheeseburger and scampi - as eaten by me, my husband and two teenagers. Excellent value for money too.

Amazing food. I ordered burger, chips and a cider. Food arrived on pretty quick despite the fact it was a busy Sunday. Lovely front garden and indoor. Well worth to try.

A revisit under new management, previously enjoyed a Beef Wellington, this time bland carvery and scampi and chips!.. Dinning wasn't a good experience, cold plates and consequently the food got cold not helped by the room being cold also and noise from cartoons played loud on other tables.. Place run down and nothing like two years ago.. Shame and wouldn't return..
