The Temple Bar in Powys

Visited The Temple Bar a few weeks ago on a wet Sunday afternoon while staying in Llandrindod Wells with Curvy Riders MCC. It's a lovely little bar, very clean, with friendly, welcoming staff and a good selection of drinks for a small place. Bob and Ellie kept us entertained and even let us join in! We spent a brilliant couple of hours here and would happily have stayed longer if we could. Will definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

Awful Experience. Saw the manager and staff abusing customers even before they entered the establishment. Very quiet bar, no atmosphere and wish we’d not gone there ! Avoid !

It was very quite when we visited on a Tuesday evening. The food and drinks were good and good service.

Visited on a working weekend. Cracking bar and fantastic staff. Tempted to return on a non-working weekend just to return to this bar.

Great staff, and the beef Madras was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice bar which also serves food friendly staff and food looks good altho we didn't have any.

Nice atmosphere, clean and tidy, clean toilets which is a first for pubs and restaurants in llandrindod

went there last and sat outside with our dogs very welcoming owner and the young man to thankyou very much the beer was exellent thankyou too you both

Excellent the food was gorgeous and the owner was very friendly and helpful.will definitely go there again.
