Just because you are alone it give no excuses not to provide good high quality service, staff greeted with rude attitude as if you were not welcome, atmosphere was 5/5 food presentation 7/10 , value for money 3/10. I believe staff can improve with regards to attitude , management can focus bit more on price I know Cambridge is high end but it give no excuse to charge over and beyond the top. Other please keep up good work because I know you can do better with

Might as well have gone to the supermarket and then cooked! Nothing genuinely cooked from scratch.My calamari was deep-fried ok; my son's "special chicken" dish was ok (if you ignored the bland tomato sauce) and my wife's sea bass special was ok although it was cooked from frozen also. Not bad - but Abz has decent competition for Italian food??

Went to Aperitivo last night for a meal and it did not disappoint. The service from the staff was absolutely first class, They allowed to us to be moved later on as we were a little warm. The food itself was fantastic. Ordered a side of mushrooms which could have fed a table of 4. Portion sizes were really good as well.Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Warm atmosphere, lovely attentive staff and great choice of lunch dishes. Excellent quality food and prices. Specials menu fish dish was delicious and flavoursome. Dessert and liqueur coffee went down a treat! Super Saturday afternoon and will return again.

Was a frequent customer before this sad, mentally exhausting pandemic, the food was on some other level. Great taste, great vibes and staff. Would rate it 5 stars and my top 3 restaurants in the city centre. I’ve been there twice now after this second lockdown in Aberdeen and apperitivo has failed to live up to the high standards that she had set for herself. Understandably the menu has been reduced, no problem with that. The restaurant follows all govt guidelines for covid handling. Well done. But the food.....what’s happened to the food? The main reason to set foot in this place has made my taste buds cry out for some flavour , cry out for something that’ll raise my eye brows and drop my jaw and put a smile on my face. Bland. Both visits, me and my partner had bland starters, bland mains. Sad. Will visit again out of loyalty and to support the city centre hospitality industry. Hope to not be disappointed again.

Nice venue; tasty food; generous portion sizes; helpful staff. Quite expensive, but don't mind paying it for the quality of food received.
