Gorgeous food, great service. Very attentive to my spouses allergy requirements, with them going so far as to open fresh ingredients to make sure there was as little risk of cross contamination as possible. 11/10.

Waited for 30 mins+ to get a burned pasta but when I complained they got me another one , it was good tho , but the whole process took 50 mins+

First time here at Ask Italian and can’t wait to come back. Amazing service from a very friendly waitress. Food served in perfectly sized portions and super delicious! Especially impressed with their childrens homemade chicken goujons! To quote my 9 year old…..best food ever!

The food was good, the service was slow but polite. Disappointed that they told us they couldn't use all of our vouchers so we could keep them for next time, then they used them for someone else so effectively stole over £20

Very dissapointed about the order recived.I’ve ordered a portion of Butterfly King Prawns, and I paid £7.50 + delivery.I received 4 king prawns, hidding shy in the corner of the box.I”ll attach pictures.Note: on Deliveroo app doesn’t state the portion include 4 x prawns.

Poor service, average food and sadly my friends couldn't use the vouchers over the festive period. So a big waste of time. Although the food was ok, and if the service was better, I could have been convinced to go back.

Good was great. If I would grade it, I'd say 97 percent 😁really enjoyed the pizzaWe booked out table at 6 pm, main food got served after 7 pm, the entree a bit before that. Its a good place to bring a date over cause you have time to talk, but not if you're wanting quick food. Recommended date place

We went in on a busy Saturday, everyone was lovely! All the servers were amazing and so friendly. The manager was great and there was a new team member who coped really well with a busy Saturday lunch shift. The food was delicious and arrived quickly, even though they were full. Would recommend! Also, a huge thank you to everyone who works there for making it a very stress free, tastey lunch!

I don't usually go to an Italian chain eatery in Britain, this was a present, and a pleasant surprise. The food was well prepared and presented, the table staff were polite, discreet and helpful. The only "down" side was the state of the decor, which was clean but very shabby.

5 stars is not enough, I would have to give this 10 stars. The service was brilliant the food exceptional. One of the best dining out experiences I have ever had. The staff were so friendly, polite and added to the experience.
