Burger King in Aberdeen City

Walked in just after 6pm to order, waited around for 5 mins only to be told it’s drive through only yet store opening times say until 8pm. No signs or anything plus there was someone ordered just before I arrived.BK going downhill across the board.

Very busy at weekends but ideal when taking grandbairns for lunch! Didn't have to wait long to be served! It is what it is!! A burger joint!

Very bad! Waited ages to be served, then waited ages for our food. Tables were all dirty and rubbish everywhere. We had to ask to get our table clean and they didn't even clean it properly. They don't use anti bac to wipe the tables! We watch the guy wipe a seat that had juice on it and the wetness of the cloth afterwards was used to wipe all the tables, then used the same cloth for the window sils. He put the trays in the bin to push the rubbish down and then he stacked back them up, without washing or antibac the trays. Food was horrible. The toilets are disgusting! They aren't clean at all! I wouldn't recommend here! P. S (burger King at the beach in Aberdeen)

Standard experience in a Burger King, food was hot, they got the order right and the staff were polite, nothing more you can ask for really.

Been there twice recently, and theres a new girl (judging by her accent from South Asia), who's not friendly when taking the order at all, she says something wrong (!) and when you try to correct her she proceeds to say that that's what she's been saying all this time... very difficult to understand her as she murmures?Also got our order wrong even tho we spent a good 5-7 minutes at the order point! trying to get her to understand what we are saying. SmhWe asked for spicy mayo sauce, she never said they were out of it, and just put sweet chili in the bag as an alternative.... Maybe give us the option to choose instead of making it yourself.Very poor customer service, if i did this at my job i would get in trouble! Someone needs to train the staff, as it used to be a better experience to come thru.

Favourite place for burger meal. Manager at Union Street branch is really helpful and patient even with difficult customers. Their survey offer is the best in class. Love their cheese balls and fries. Can get busy on weekends but distancing is still maintained.

Staff not very customer friendly and like to hurry you through your order and they get annoyed if you change your mind about what you want to eat, also really disappointed to have to sit in a queue for the drive through to give your order to then be told they are not accepting cash payments because they don't have tills. There were no signs up anywhere for them to let customers know that they were not accepting cash and they wonder why you get annoyed after queuing for 20 mins

Visited today at 3.30. One person serving extremely awkward family, taking lots of time!! Manager had no interest in ensuring other customers were served, despite being made aware of the wait caused by the family! Opted for the King Box, EXTREMELY disappointed, burgers tiny, overcooked and lukewarm! Worst experience in this BK EVER!! Wont be back!

Visited on Halloween (today) nice and quiet, no ques inside or outside at drive through. Unfortunately that’s where the good ends. Milkshake machine apparently broken. My son (dressed as Harry Potter) was very disappointed to learn that this meant he had the option of a water or a Capri-sun orange drink. No fruit shoots or anything else. I chose to have a Fanta. Tried to select Fanta numerous times and instead was spurted with black substance which I believe could of been some sort of cherry option. Asked a member of staff for another cup to try the other machine available and unfortunately experienced the exact same thing and asked a member of staff to help me. She came around and confirmed they were actually out of Fanta, Fanta zero and any other orange tango like drink. I do not like any of the other options for fizzy juice and was told it would be water or nothing. Extremely disappointed to have driven 20 miles one way just for a Burger King treat for my son to get water.

We visited here this week.No track and trace in place, place was quiet so easy to social distance.. staff were all wearing masks.Food was good and hot, we had cheese burger and fries and a cold drink... drinks machines worked very well and easy to use.While we were eating our meal, we looked out the window, by the drive through, and 5 bunny rabbits came out and started eating the grass, in clear view of the window.. a added bonus.. this was about 4.30pm.Would recommend 100% and would revisit again.
