Chiquitos in Aberdeen City

The food was really good and the atmosphere was lovely, but what really made our visit memorable was our server Scott. He was absolutely lovely and made us feel well looked after. I simply cannot give him enough praise for his good work!!! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had

We visited chiquitos in union square for breakfast whilst waiting for our car valet to be finished. We ordered a breakfast feast and build your own pancakes. My partner loved the pancakes and the feast was 95% lovely. The only thing that let it down was that some of the items were not very hot including the baked beans which had not been heated up at all.I brought this to the servers attention and to their credit they offered a fresh pot of beans. I declined as they're not the most important part of the meal for me and I thoroughly enjoyed every other thing on the plate.The smoothies were lovely and actually smooth unlike the ones which have crushed ice that makes you think you're drinking something with grit in it. The price of them was on the higher side so despite being very tasty, not something I would look to have every visit.Overall a very lovely visit with only one slight blemish on the whole experience. Staff were very friendly and talkative and the atmosphere was just right for breakfast.

Food brilliant, staff were friendly and Scott and Paul were really helpful. Paul went above and beyond to help a group of customers tonight. He came to our table and said goodnight. Really great place. Would recommend it. Margaritas were on special offer too. Thanks guys.

Came in with my partner on Friday night and was served by jasmine. Even though the restraint was very busy the service was excellent and we didn’t have any huge wait for anything. The cocktails were amazing and the food was pretty good too. Will definitely be back.

Great service from the whole team especially Will. Had one meal in our group that wasn't very hot but it was dealt with quickly and professionally. All food was delicious. Good evening for my sister's birthday!

Food was quite good so was the service and ambience.Only reason I'm giving 4 stars was I specifically didn't want onions in my food and assured it was going to be undetectable (I'm not allergic, just don't like it) so convinced to get the meal. Only for my first bite to crunch into a large onion.... Had to get them all out.Asides from being picky, it was a really good experience

Food was delicious but slow. Service was prompt. Nice atmosphere. Kids mocktails looks great but tasted horrible with lots of colouring and full of ice. Still a good place to go.

Service and food was excellent although we did go around 4pm. We had the king prawn fajita which sizzled like a bad boy. Guacomole was fresh, loved it. Cocktails were great value given they were included in our groupon.

I have been a few times but was very disappointed with our latest visit. Food was warm not hot and my chilli was dry, not sure how you make a dry chilli. Even the kidney beans were like power inside. Server didn't seem to care. Shame really.

The food was pretty good and I enjoyed the cocktails I had too if a little pricey. Food portions are quite large so a decent price for how much food you are getting. The staff however let this place down they were not attentive in any way. Not once did they come back and ask how my meal was or ask if I would like another drink. I ended up having to go up to the bar myself and order my second drink.
