Dobbies Garden World Aberdeen in Aberdeen City

Well stocked, well organised plant/gift/ food store. Good for an afternoon's wander; lots to browse, lots to buy, with refreshments to keep you going!

Great selection of outdoor garden plants but highly overpriced, as is the accessories indoors. Cafe overpriced £2.60 for a scone which was tasteless and the tea was cold and again tasteless. Only good think was it being dog friendly.

Dobbies is usually good but today I was overcharged by £15.35!!!! Luckily I checked my receipt and was directed to CS desk where it was sorted out and refunded but no apology whatsoever from cashier or CS assistant. The reduced price on goods was scanning at original price so not the cashiers fault but presumably everyone else who had bought same items had unwittingly paid full price.

First and last time at dobbies. Came to the cafe ordered the all day brunch and the egg was so rubbery you couldn't cut it with the knife, sausages and bacon tasted awful like they had been in a heat plate for hours. Not to mention it cost almost £10. Very disappointed as a breakfast at a petrol station would have been nicer.

Great place for a browse on a cold wintery day, always find something different here.Christmas display still getting set up, so will go back in a few weeks to see the finished article.Great selection of gardening tools and equipment, and seasonal products.

Terrible experience in the cafe. Selected the full English breakfast from the online menu and it tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp to keep warm for hours, despite only just opening. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Ordered a full Scottish breakfast for myself. Wife ordered a breakfast stack. Food took a while to come to our table. When the food eventually arrived my meal was cold, my wife's fried egg was half cooked. We were offered fresh food but decided not to. Staff member who we told was totally professional and understanding of our dilemma and we were duly refunded.

A good all round garden centre with plenty of other interesting stuff for the non gardeners among us, including a good interesting book selection for the children. Also the large cafe had excellent food. Included in the cafe dining area is a place for customers with dogs to sit and eat. So if you have children and dogs it's the place to go!!

The shop is very well supplied. You can find here a large selection of garden tools, plants and trees. I love the solar system for the garden that you can buy here. There is a large selection of garden furniture and ornaments. You can find here seeds and compost .
