Love it. Their food is absolutely delicious. The place itself is great to sit and dine. We had onion rings, bacon and cheesy fries and pasta. Onion rings and pasta were too good. The cheese on the fries didn’t taste outstanding and the bacon was a little cold and not very crispy. The staff at this place are really sweet. Overall had great experience at this place.

Food was nice however the actual service was poor. Went around 12pm and didn't leave till near enough 3pm due to poor service.. After we sat down we had to ask for the lunch menu as it was not given to us when initially given the menu. This issue was easily sorted. Once placed orders starters came at a reasonable time. However when bringing out the main they had not came to clear the table of the starers so they cleared the table as giving our mains. Coming to collect our plates should have been done first to ensure that we had finished our starters so luckily we were finished. Once we had finished mains we waited for nearly an hour till we had our plates taken away. When asked why it took so long the waiter said cause busy however, we had notice many other table come and gone by the time we were again seen to. After our desert order was finally taken the desert came out sharply. After we had finished we asked for the bill and yet again the waiter tried to apologise for the wait but in doing so he compared the place to TGI's,and also explained he had other tables, yes we understood this but we felt very abandoned as it was clear other tables were being appropriatly seen to. Overall despite the good being good the service received was poor and the reasons given did not feel appropriate

Worst frankie and vennies I have ever been too, the customer service took over an hour. An hour and 23 minutes exactly, also in the time it took over 20 minutes for my mate to grt a drink.. I got a small starter which tasted good but the service and the chefs that work there are terrible. Didn't keep us updated, and acted like they were over run and out of there depth, but there was 6 people at my table including myself and only a couple tables filled, most of the restraunt is empty, so the party I was with got up and left. Over all,1. Useless customer service.2. Mediocre food.3. Terrible chefs that clearly can't cook for a group of more than 1 person between them.4. Would only recommend this place if I seriously hated someone and wanted to torture them.

Hadn't been here for a while. The menu has been very much reduced on choices and increased in prices. Staff are nice but the protocol they have to follow makes the dining experience awkward as the service seems forced. I feel we overpaid for the quality we got and Union Square offers better dining options like Nandos or Cosmos at a more reasonable price.

Walk-in for lunch. Great eating experience, with a polite efficient service. My youngest daughter (who is 16) said, hands down, that was the best Margarita pizza she has tasted...ever.

About time, a very decent breakfast, the service was excellent, very friendly and i would highly recommend this place to everyone.I ordered the veggie fry with a vegan sausage 😋 yummy and my wife ordered bacon 🥓 sausage egg bap and we both had coffee.The cutlery was brought out in a cup with napkins, this is very good and hygienic, food and coffee was served at the perfect temperatures, must give 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

Food quality was really good and staff are friendly! The only negative I had was the Monday to Friday lunch menus have been removed and the options on that were better especially when taking along a 1yr old who doesn't eat a full meal so had to buy a small eater meal for him.
