Grosvenor Casino in Aberdeen City

Very disappointed that they allow and help an Aberdeenshire taxi to operate from their premises (unlicensed to operate in Aberdeen city limits). Taking work from the licensed Aberdeen taxis.Having this person walking around looking for business outwith his licensed area and in a licensed Casino is not good.They need to make sure customers are not hassled in this way before I would recommend them.

Usual hang out place after a late finish at work with my colleagues, expensive but it's a casino and it's open after 3am...it makes sense.

First time at a casino , very quiet during the week which was great for us learning the first girl was really good explaining everything really good night

Was better a few years back, but I suppose covid has not been good for this place amongst others, will take time for places like this to say they have fully recovered, still worth a visit thiugh

The staff were actually really nice. I see myself coming back cause of them. However, the kitchen was not fully functioning on the day I booked in for meal with family/friends. The menu had x marks in them showing which ones can't be cooked due to some equipment not working. There was also only one male staff running about serving the whole casino, running to serve drinks around the whole casino ground and to accommodate us in the proper dining area. Poor thing really. Also poor thing for me and my group, as the food we wanted to order were crossed out, only leaving small finger foods, and what have you in the option. I booked weeks ahead to eat here and we get there to eat nothing. Wow. I'd still come back for the nice staff but other than them, it was just a big let down really

Good when u win but not do good when u lose. They did not let me in as had no record of my membership despite me having joined over ten years ago. All on all I would avoid unless going to play poker

Bad place to come to. The door staff refuse entry for the tiniest of reasons. I would avoid this this place. They will refuse entry for the smallest of reasons. There is better places to go to.

I mean I gave 4 stars for the food! As it was tasty! But the machines every time I go are awful! Bonuses were rubbish tonight! I play 100 on Lady Luck £1 spins nothing! Same on a few other games nothing £450 wasted. I’ll go again but it’s not my favourite casino.

Great atmosphere, tasty food, friendly and helpful staff. I would like to recommend this place as a great deal for the night out.

It was a small fun.. Casino with very helpful and polite and friendly staff! My mother and I came eat dinner food was great! Gambling responsibly is always a good time!
