Handmade Burger Co in Aberdeen City

Delicious burger but what's happened to the chips we used to get here. That was the specialty. The ones we had were boring and tasteless. Good service from efficient, friendly staff.

We had a brilliant experience in Aberdeen. Food was,amazing and waiting staff were great. Our first time here and will definitely be back.

Had the buffalo chicken signature burger, tasted like a bland Birdseye burger, with frozen McCain's onion ring on top. Bun was cold, chips were warm. Milkshake was good however.

We thought we'd try something new for tea as we were in Aberdeen for a wee break , my starter wasn't the hottest but the you waiter exchanged them for a whole new , scalding hot plate of chicken wings AND took them off our bill which was a brilliant touch even though I protested , he insisted our mains were excellent so top marks there, sadly I didn't get the waiters name to mention him for his outstanding service , I can say hand on heart he is a credit and an asset to your company , well done to each and everyone of the staff , many thanks , we WILL be back.

I visited the restaurant today, alone with my 8 month old. The staff were so helpful, very accommodating and made my visit very easy. They offered to assist taking items from where I left the buggy to my table and then took me my self service drink to save me going up with my baby.It's the small details that made my visit really easy.I ordered the goats cheese stack which was really good.

We waited for about 45 mintutes to an hour for our food to arrive, 3 minutes before the burgers came out one of the staff members came over to inform us that it would be complimentary, due to the wait. It was not worth the wait, the chicken in the grilled burger was burnt and tough, the buns were cold and fell apart. Would not recommend visiting here.

Just the right place to grab a bite to eat when out shopping. As a couple of vegetarians their Cajun bean burger hit the spot. Wonderful attentive service by Leanda, a credit to the company.

Thank you so much to the Union Square management today in light of our 'no power' situation. We very much appreciated your thoughtfulness. The food was delicious too.

To some up the experience in one word, bland. There was absolutely nothing stand out about the food that was had here other than an onion chutney on one of the burgers.The patties themselves were non descript, if dry. I myself had a blue cheese and bacon burger and had to hunt for the blue cheese which when eventually found tasted like a watered down knock off. Honestly I recently had a Whopper for the first time and it was better, and cheaper.Freshly prepared and made evidently doesn't mean good.The staff were very friendly and helpful though which is where the star comes from.Overall bland and disappointing food but delivered by attentive and friendly staff.

Used to love this place. This time I was disappointed. The burger was the same as you would get off of any food truck, used to be amazing. Food was generally warm, not hot. Service was slow but the poor guy was doing the restraunt all on his own. I get that they are doing full table service now, but I would have preferred to order at the till and collect my own drink, that way it wouldn't have taken 30mins to arrive. Hopefully better next time, got to give it one more try because it used to be great.
