Happy Uncle in Aberdeen City

Contactless delivery woes and horrendous service - Order left at front door, no acknowledgement of receipt but they feels thats a justified delivery apparently. Phoned to complain that £4 delivery ontop of the order for inedible cold food discovered at the door isn't acceptable. Obviously a quick knock on the door and scarpered, no thought into actually making sure the order was received. Working doorbell not used. God help you if your hard of hearing or watching tv waiting for a good old fashioned delivery where they actually make sure you get it. I could understand a genuine mistake and the driver holds their hands up but when it turns into an argument rather than an apology and remedy, then it reflects on the business. I hope when they have supplier deliveries they dump it at the door and hope for the best and Happy Auntie can see the point of view of the customer. Currently on my way to the chinese with the food for my refund.

Food is generally OK but the salt and chilli chips are awful! They were still frozen in the middle and no salt or chilli throughout the chips just a small amount of onion. Really disappointed, won't be going back.

Ordered many times. Never disappointed. Good foo, good price, good timing.

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Chinese food was in my view probably the worst I have ever had. Tasteless. No flavour at all. Tepid. No free “extra” - eg Prawn Crackers (as offered by many other similar outlets). Will never order from there again. Would definitely NOT recommend.

AW WELL HOW GLAD I SAVED MYSELF £30 WHEN OUR ORDER DIDN’T ARRIVE LAST SATURDAY. I EMAILED ON A FEW OCCASIONS BUT I HAVEN’T HAD A REPLY ASKING THEM TO EXPLAIN WHY AT 10:30 AT NIGHT WE WERE STILL WAITING.NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Decent food. However made an order last night and they got One item wrong. When we phoned them to advised them of the wrong order they claimed we were wrong and Weren’t gonna do anything about it. Pretty disappointing for the sake of a mere £6. Wont go back

Staff very nice and kind, always work around your order if you want to change the specifics. Prices are also not too bad.

Food ready within 15 minutes from the time I’ve ordered fresh and tasty. 😋 staff was super friendly... I’ve tried many places in Aberdeen and this was definitely the best. It’s not the cheapest you can get out there but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!
