Location great, room on the 7th floor ok but the noise from the shopping centre AC units was ridiculous couldn't open the window just too loud, bed and pillows where rock hard.Hotel is getting a bit tired now and needs a good scrub, rooms too dark

Parking is a nightmare. Great little room. Room service was great. Did the trick after flying in from USA and driving up from Edinburgh the same day!

In general, the hotel is clean and comfortable. the rooms look good. But the furniture is outdated, the restaurant is in a very sad state. But most importantly, count everything you order and take your checks. As it turned out, the waiters record other people's orders on your account. I don't know on purpose or not. It is not possible to find out, but after a few days they are trying to impose payment on you for something that you did not order. Showing the staff a mistake, you will not hear an apology. Everything that you order in a restaurant, even after 40 minutes, will not be displayed on the account of the receptionist. Very inconvenient, be careful.

There was loud noise from permanent fans outside of the building. I was on the 4th floor, facing the backside of the building. The noise in the room was terrible. It was not easy to sleep. I complained to the desk. They knew about the problem but was not able to give me another room. They offered me earplugs to help with the loud noise. Therefore, this is the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. I will never stay at Jurys Inn again.

Lovely meal, I had the risotto which was delicious. Would have been 5 stars if they had brought the garlic bread that was shown on the menu. When I asked for it, they tried to argue it doesn't come with garlic bread. They did bring it once they checked the menu...Room was fine and clean and breakfast was great as well.

The hotel is in a great location and staff were friendly and helpful, however 2 years on from covid they are still operating a reduced evening menu in trays to eat in your room and overpriced food for what little choice there was, also no room cleaning during stay. The breakfast was good and buffet as normal

Great hotel to use if staying in city close to shopping. No real need to leave the centre when here! Rooms are comfortable and modern, facilities are clean. Bar offers good selection of drinks and food, and a decent view outside.

Dirty & tired. Manager's man management and customer skills poor. Needs to either have further training or be told his services no longer required. More interested in trying to impress the female staff!

No on-site parking! But if you're happy with that, this hotel is one of the best in Aberdeen. It's in a perfect location being in the Union Mall, in the city with all the different restaurants to choose from without even going outside. The breakfast is also worth it, full English breakfast buffet, with full continental, fruit juices, yogurts, fruit, fresh bread etc... The best rooms are those facing the city, as the mall air conditioning fans are situated out the back of the hotel, so can be really noisy during the night...

Booked an executive room which had a had a fridge with complimentary contents. The room was nothing special perhaps a little larger than other rooms. The bed was very comfy and roomy. The room had a coffee machine with pods, and superior drinks and biscuits. We really enjoyed our stay on the uppermost floor which was very quiet. A bit of a problem with invoice but was quickly resolved. Great location close to rail and bus stations and shopping centre.
